Registration for Butler Men's lacrosse is now open for the 2010 season. Please click on the following link to complete your registration. It is necessary that we obtain accurate information for each area on the registration form. Please do not register more than once per player. If you are registering more than 1 player, additional registrations are necessary. Dues are $325 for the 2010 season. Registration LINK

Athletic Participation Forms
Fully completed forms, including a current physical valid through the 2010 season is required. Should your player have these forms on file for a different sport, it is your responsibility to obtain and submit copies of these forms, including a valid physical.
